A site for a Belgrade tradesman: sixteen trades, each with its own page, thirty one galleries of his own finished jobs, and the same site in Serbian, English and Russian.
mojimajstori.rs belongs to a Belgrade tradesman who does the plumbing and the electrical work himself and organises the rest through people he has worked with for years. The site says exactly that, trade by trade: sixteen trades, each with its own page, and every page states plainly whether the work is his own or arranged through a partner. Nothing is inflated to make the business sound bigger than it is.
The portfolio is his, not stock. We processed his archive into thirty one galleries and two hundred and sixteen photographs, sorted into six families of work, and every gallery is attached to the trade it belongs to, so a visitor reading about drainage lands on drainage jobs and can step straight back. Around that sit a published price list, a page for emergency call outs, and a short chooser that points a visitor to the right trade when all they know is the fault.
The site is generated rather than written by hand and ships as static files, with no CMS to keep patched. It runs on fifty six addresses in Serbian, English and Russian, the same page in every language instead of three different sites, and carries a full search layer: Service and FAQ data on each trade page, an item list on the services index, gallery data on every gallery, canonical and hreflang tags, a sitemap and an open robots file.
