Care & maintenance
We stay on after launch with ongoing updates, fixes and improvements, handled by the same people who built your site.
Ongoing updates, fixes and improvements. We stay on after launch. You get the same people who built it.
The same people, after launch
The industry default is well known: the site launches, the invoice clears, and the agency evaporates. Our default is the opposite, and it is the reason this studio exists. The people who designed and built your site stay responsible for it: updates, fixes, small changes, advice. No ticket queue to a stranger who has never seen your code, no re-explaining your business every time something needs touching.
Prevention beats firefighting
Most site disasters are just deferred maintenance: an update skipped for a year, a backup nobody tested, a form silently broken since March. Care means the boring work happens on schedule: core and plugin updates, security patches, backup checks, uptime and error monitoring. Your visitors never see this work, which is exactly the point.
A site that keeps getting better
Maintenance is the floor, not the ceiling. We watch Search Console data across every site we run and come to you with findings: a page worth deepening, a query within reach, an image slowing a key screen. Small, steady improvements compound; that is how the sites we maintain stay fast and current for years instead of quietly rotting until a rebuild.
Brief & scope
We learn your business, goals and audience, agree the scope, and map the pages and features. No surprises later.
Design & build
You see real design, not stock mockups, then we build it fast, accessible and measurable, with you in the loop.
Launch & care
We launch on our own infrastructure and stay on, with updates, monitoring and improvements, for the long run.
What does website maintenance cost?
A flat monthly amount agreed in advance, covering hosting, updates, monitoring and a bundle of changes. One number, no hour-counting anxiety. See how pricing works.
What exactly is included?
Hosting and certificates, software and security updates, daily backups, monitoring, content changes within the plan, and priority when something urgent happens. Bigger features get quoted separately, before work starts.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes, after a technical audit. We need to know the state of the code, hosting and backups before taking responsibility, and you get that audit as a document either way.
How fast do you respond?
Urgent issues (site down, forms broken, security) same day. Regular changes typically within one to two business days. You always know which category you are in.
